Hand Painted Holiday Ceramic Snow Figure

Hand painted ceramic snow figure sits about 2 ft in height. Has felt on the bottom of the figure to protect floors. Only issue with this is the broom handle is broken off. I have this part off to the side and wrapped up. If you are handy and DIY this could be repaired. Trying to de clutter my house, so looking for someone would might appreciate this holiday decoration.
