White-Westinghouse Portable CD player Rare WORKING

This is a rare working White-Westinghouse portable CD player, made in 1998. Don't see this listed often on any venue. Comes with a pair of Panasonic noise canceling headphones, with on/off and volume controls. The foam ear pads have deteriorated long ago and fallen off, but replacements can be found on Ebay. OR, I can include a new KOSS headphone set..

Batteries for the player (4-AA) & headset controller (1-AAA) are included.
